Overall terrific
Location was very good with easy walking access to city shopping and transport etc. Room was very good and service and staff efficient and friendly. Loved that you could book approx time for breakfast and the breakfast was great
The main restaurant wasn't actually part of the hotel and was booked out the whole time we were there. Also no bar or at least could access restaurant for a drink.

The hotel is ideally situated in the center of the city, providing easy access to various attractions and amenities. The room provided a warm and inviting atmosphere, ensuring a comfortable and pleasant stay, and was maintained in a clean and tidy condition. Furthermore, the bathroom was well-kept and hygienic, contributing to an overall positive experience.Location is great
There were a couple of aspects during my stay that were less than satisfactory. Firstly, I faced an issue with the door key not functioning properly, which was quite inconvenient; unfortunately, it took until the next day for the hotel staff to address and fix the problem. Additionally, the bathroom floor was not heated, making it uncomfortably cold to walk on, especially during the night or early morning.
